The JumpNrope Gym & CrossFit Mad Hops was founded in 2013 by 5-Time World Jump Rope Champion and Louisville native Molly Metz. Molly is building upon her dream and lifelong passion for fitness by educating kids and adults on the values of human movement, nutrition, fitness and more.
Molly is surrounded by an amazing staff of competitive jump rope coaches, CrossFit coaches, and personal trainers. All of our jump rope coaches are past members of competitive jump rope teams and have studied the sport of jump rope for nearly their entire lives. Our CrossFit coaches have all taken and passed the CrossFit Level 1 Training Course, and each have several years experience training and competing in the Sport of Fitness.
The CrossFit mentality is “any challenge, any day”. In that spirit, the Workout of the Day, or WOD, is announced each night at 8pm for the following day without anyone knowing what the workout will be. This constantly-varied approach to fitness keeps workouts exciting and thrilling.
