Adult Open Gym Rules:
- There is NO COACH on duty. Coaches will be coaching a class, working out, or getting other work done.
- Must have been CrossFitting for >4 months.
- You must be a member of CrossFit Mad Hops
- You must be 18+ years of age
- Group or regular scheduled CrossFit Classes take priority for equipment and space. All adult open gym members will be respectful and stay out of the regular CrossFit class’ way.
- Music/Stereo is to remain untouched while the regular CrossFit class is in session.
- Any equipment that is brought out during adult open gym, needs to be put away.
Things you can do during Open Gym time:
- Skill Work (a great time to work on deficiencies without the pressure of a clock)
- Strength Work. *Need a plan? Arrange with us a time to set a strength plan that works for you. Also please be prepared with a spotter or If attempting a heavy lift please make arrangements prior with a coach to spot you.
