Jump rope is one of the only sports offered to kids that requires a full mind & body connection. This results in an overall stimulus to kids’ brains and bodies as it offer thousands of individual tricks, speed and power. The sport allows for individual modes as well as team based modes.
In order for kids to fully get a grasp of the sport we offer a 6-week course that focuses the kids on building their fundamentals. The course comes with a t-shirt, jump rope and a set date for an end of the cycle performance! Once your son or daughter finishes this course, they will move onto our JumpNBeanees program.
Carefully designed and goal based Jump Rope lesson plans incorporate weekly challenges, music, workouts, and games to provide a safe and exciting progression that will challenge each child to the best of their ability. This course is a pre-requisite to Beannees. Every jump rope class is coached/directed by a former/current jump rope champion.
