No Prerequisites needed to attend this 1-hour class
The Teens Training program will include a blend of plyometric training, light weightlifting, gymnastics, running, jumping, lunging and much much more. The program is for all levels of teens and is adjustable for any teen with no athletic/sports background and is considered the ultimate cross training/supplemental training for any High School athlete looking to increase their stamina, speed and strength.
At JumpNrope we have an eclectic group of coaching expertise ranging from competitive jump rope, Level 1 CrossFit, CrossFit Kids and Gymnastics coaching. With all this variety, our end goal is to create an exciting, dynamic and strong community based environment for teens. Encouraging a path for a lifetime of strong and healthy movements.
