Partner workout:

10 rounds for time:

10 Front Squats (95#/65#)
10 Handstand Push-ups

One partner does 10 front squats. Then partner 2 does 10 front squats. The partner 1 does 10 HSPU. REPEAT for 10 rounds each. Resulting in each person doing 100 squats and 100hspu. Modify with push-ups and light squats weights if needed.
